| Posts you schedule: caption, media files, time, target accounts, options | To publish them at the scheduled time | Media: 30 days after publishing. Post records: until you delete them |

Tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. We only use data from a platform to provide the features you use on that platform.
Ghostedit uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy applies to data Google processes. Ghostedit's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke Ghostedit's access at any time from your Google security settings; we then delete the stored YouTube tokens and data within 7 days.
Ghostedit uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API to publish videos you schedule and to read your basic profile and video stats. You choose each post's privacy level and interaction settings before it is published. You can revoke access in the TikTok app under Settings → Security → Manage app permissions.
Ghostedit uses the Instagram API with Instagram Login to publish reels you schedule and read their insights. You can remove Ghostedit in Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
Disconnect an account from Connect accounts, or delete everything from Delete my data. You can also email alex@chen.media. We delete within 7 days and confirm by email.
